As a highly experienced Finance Solution Architect professional, you will be responsible for supporting in translating business requirements into standard/customer solutions on Finance domain focusing the skillsets on the R2R area, under General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inter Company Reconciliation and Bank Accounting solutions. Creates complete end-to-end complex (standard) solution designs. You will have a high degree of business process understanding, business Drivers and ERP technology and software with particular focus on SAP S/4 . You will be able to apply advanced methodologies for the analysis and design of solutions.
You will be responsible for working with Technical Solution Architects who code, develop, build and propose technical solutions.

What you will learn and contribute to

In this role, you will:

<li>Create solution architecture and provide technical Solution Design.</li>
<li>Work together with technology leads, technical solution architects and partners to design solutions from stakeholder requirements, capturing and managing using industry best practices.</li>
<li>Manage complex assignments independently for the specific domain including solution support to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure cross-BU co-ordination in solution definition &amp; development.</li>
<li>Define and manage detailed architectural requirements for solution design and executes some of the build work during delivery phase for projects when applicable.</li>
<li>Develop and deploy the solution architecture capabilities, tools and techniques and ensures that overall technical solution and architecture is aligned and based on the enterprise architecture as also compliance and security company standards.</li>
<li>Evaluate new capability needs against platform capabilities</li>
<li>Create or maintain e2e solution architecture</li>
<li>Consult in R2R solution application design and overall key user experience</li>

As a recognized expert, you will represent company externally in front of suppliers and partners. You will present solution architecture & design to stakeholder for verification and make required adaptations. You will keep the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and solution design. You will provide system architecture/design functional specifications as well as can improve support business models through proposals. Will be assigned to projects to ensure technical/architectural integrity and consistency of the solution on every stage of its lifecycle.

Your skills and experience

• BSc or MSc in relevant field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in ERP solution with focus on R2R (Record to Report) General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inter Company Reconciliations and Bank Accounting solutions.
• Experience in the area of S/4 Finance functional capability. Understanding of supply chain requirements from E2E perspective and its integration with Finance functionality.
• Understanding Cloud, SaaS, Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models
• Strong Business application knowledge of SAP and third-party tools like e.g. Hyperion, Ariba, Tax Engine(s).
• Capability to validate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process, change, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.
• Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, speed in a defining a solution and make tradeoff recommendations.
