    • Achieve sales and profit targets in line with company strategy, by successfully executing the account management and sales processes for all opportunities
    • Use consultative selling skills to understand the needs and business challenges of customers
    • Manage complex sales activities building strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing and executing business plans for targeted accounts
    • Assists customers in developing plans. Makes service recommendations based upon customer needs analysis. Develops and presents innovative proposals and delivers strategic presentations. Prepares quotations and negotiates terms of service.
    • Strategize and lead presales technical discussion to support activity in prospective clients and active customers
    • Support the process of exploring and analysing potential business development opportunities, by conducting studies and analysis of industry prospection and major players in the telecommunications market and other relevant markets, analysing financial results, market trends and competitive strategies
    • Will deliver regular, high quality and transparent reporting of activity and results (including but not limited to presales activities, customer engagement, pipeline, forecast and results)

    • Performance of excellence in a leading university. Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering and Management or Telecommunications and Computer Engineering), Economics, Management or Finance
    • At least 3 years of experience in business development or commercial sales positions, preferably in Enterprise Sales, Telecommunications, Private Wireless, Technology, Property or Construction.
    • Track record in sales forecasting, management and deal closing
    • Experience in customer engagement, sales and business development
    • Ability to achieve results in cooperation with many internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrable experience creating and defining solutions to meet customer needs
    • Deep working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Industry / market analysis tools and concepts
    • Basic notions of management and business processes
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to identify new revenue opportunities
    • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and autonomy
    • Strategic vision
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
