We are looking for an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Operations team and manage the payments and compensation process for our EMEA sales organization of c.1100 sales professionals. A high degree of personal accountability, motivation to improve existing processes and integrity is required for the role as you will be handling sensitive data. The successful candidate will be team orientated and contribute significantly to wider projects and improvement process within the Sales Operations function.
This is a fast-paced commercial team with lots of opportunity and scope for development for the right candidate. We are offering this role as fully remote (working from home) and are happy to consider qualified candidates based anywhere in Europe.

What will you do?
Drive the quarterly compensation cycle process, including the calculation and processing of payments, validation and analysis of data
Lead the enhancement of compensation information, tools, analysis, direction, training and support to the Sales/Service organisations
Participate in the development, implementation, communication, and support of sales commission plans across EMEA
Liaise pro-actively with HR, Finance, and Sales teams
Validate accrual inputs and work with extended team to ensure accrual accuracy
Deal with commission queries accurately & within appropriate timelines, and implement improvements to resolve issues longterm
Facilitate internal team training ? documentation of process, knowledge transfer, process mapping
Drive the adoption & evolution of the Xactly Incent Commission tool
Ad hoc and project duties as required
Who we are looking for:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver to tight deadlines
Constant attention to detail and high-level of process improvement mindset
Prior analytics/compensation analysis experience
Ability to extract & manipulate large datasets quickly & accurately to strict deadlines
Experience of Cognos and/or similar data warehouse beneficial
Working knowledge of common Sales Incentive concepts, practices and procedures is preferred
Experience of Xactly Incent Sales Compensation Tool is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching and development experience is an advantage
Fluent in English (verbal & written)
