Italian Speaking General Assistant and administration

In this vital role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support to Amgen. This includes training coordination and logistics, travel planning, and raising IT tickets. You will also provide a helpdesk service to answer and direct general incoming queries to the ACCP and provide an efficient, comprehensive and confidential administrative support service.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Processing PO´s, invoices, and vendor creations/change.
  • Answering general incoming queries to the ACCP.
  • Addressing queries related to travel, expenses, documents, profile, and supporting everything that involves travel booking including checking and reminders.
  • Supporting expenses report and HR
  • Set up agendas, meetings minutes, MS Teams, SharePoint, and distribution list.
  • Escalating problems or risks when they arise in line with the business requirements.
  • Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.

Our ideal candidate has Presentation and Data Compilation skills. He/she is good at following the processes and procedures necessary to succeed; understands how to collaborate and work in a large team and is set on Project Delivery.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • University Degree, preferably in business or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role also supporting large teams at different levels.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and oral communication.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proficient in using accounting and managing systems (MS Office, Excel, SAP, etc) tools.
  • Fluency in another language is a plus
