Your missions

• Provide assistance over different channels as phone/chat/mail/social media and messaging channels
• Ability to help the customer on generic requests but also technical
• Reply accurately to the queries,
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Adapt your reply to the type of client and situation
• Find the correct solution in a timely way

Requirements:

• Experience in technical will be a plus
• Fluent in Spanish
• Excellent communication in English (B2)
• Technical and analytic skills
• Great attention to details
• Organized, multi-task and problem-solving skills
