EXPECTATION AND TASKS:

• Act as a development consultant in a multidisciplinary team that will be responsible for implementing On Premise and/or Cloud projects for customers around the world
• Develop skill and competency on latest business models, solutions and technologies relevant in the area of responsibility
• Develop web applications using SAP technologies and following UX best practices
• Design solutions based on customer requirements and SAP technologies
• Prepare and conduct customer workshops
• Planning and coordination of user tests
• Deliver effort estimations based on high level requirements
• Advice customers on the best course of action to achieve their goals
• Review user experience aspects
• Act as a team lead and coordinator for the project tasks

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• At least 10 years of work experience in a development area is required

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Mandatory

• Degree in computer sciences, engineering, mathematics or a mixture of these disciplines or equivalent experience
• Experience in web development
• Experience in end to end development cycle
• Experience in webservices development like OData, SOAP Restful communication or implementing interfaces using any middleware
• Knowledge of SAP Products
• Knowledge of SAP Business technology Platform
• Knowledge of Node JS / NPM or similar
• Good presentation and communication skills, open minded with customer focus.
• Positive feedback from Project peers, account team and customers
• Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills and competencies
• Capacity to lead small or large development teams
• Fluent in English (at business level) and in one of the following: Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese.
• Availability to travel and work in international projects can be a plus

Beneficial/Optional

• Experience with SAPUI5 development or another JavaScript front-end framework
• CAP ? Cloud Application Program would be a nice to have
• Kubernetes experience
• Experience with pipeline as code scenarios

LOCATION
SAP is not offering international relocation benefits for this role currently. Only candidates who have legal authorization to work in Portugal and are currently based in Portugal will be considered.
