Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Provides technical and commercial product training, information and advice to customers and sales regions
Assures third level after sales and pre sales support to customers and sales regions. Responsible for SI process
3rd level support: supports solving the failures which the sales entity is unable to solve and transfers his knowledge towards the sales entity to prevent the problem in the future
Participation in product development projects regarding training and sales support
Develops technical documentation and online support material and assures updated information to markets regarding technical changes
Discusses and presents product benefits, technical details and USP of RW products
Up to date competitor knowledge
