Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Provides technical and commercial product training, information and advice to customers and sales regions

  • Assures third level after sales and pre sales support to customers and sales regions. Responsible for SI process

  • 3rd level support: supports solving the failures which the sales entity is unable to solve and transfers his knowledge towards the sales entity to prevent the problem in the future

  • Participation in product development projects regarding training and sales support

  • Develops technical documentation and online support material and assures updated information to markets regarding technical changes

  • Discusses and presents product benefits, technical details and USP of RW products

  • Up to date competitor knowledge


Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Product/system and technology knowledge residential water
  • Specialized knowledge of gas water heaters and/or electrical appliances, as well as water treatment: combustion, hydraulics, electrical engineering, standards and regulations, installation requirements, put in function, operation, failure finding and maintenance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good English level. French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel
