Head of Portugal Finance Department integrated by 4 team members (Finance Controller, Treasury, and accounting supporting staff) fully supported by share service center in Madrid (Planning, Fiscal, controlling, accounting and treasury)
Business partnership with PT country manager
Participate in the migration form outsourcing model to internal Finance Dpt set up
Participate in the new ERP roll out for PT market aligned with existing corporate ERP
Take full accountability for PT Balance and P&L
Monitoring the Company's Capex under a organic multi-brand growth project
GL accounts revision for Self-audit, internal control of Balance Sheet, accruals
Internal control process development
Hands on in accountancy task related to monthly closing
Preparation of ad-hoc reports requested by the group
Responsible for monthly internal reporting, analysis of different financial statements and monitoring of KPI's
Participate as team member and entry point for the annual budget and monthly monitoring analysis of deviations, providing the necessary corrective measures (P&L, Balance and Cash Flow Statement)
Coordinate Tax topics and interlocution with Fiscal authorities when needed
External audits and consultant relation
Requirements:
Experience and expertise
Preferable nowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
TOC certification is a must
experience and expertise
High level of English
Bilingual in Spanish

Solid knowledge of Excel
Work experience with EPR, preferred in a SAGE environme
Education
Degree in Economics / Business Administration.
Experience:
At least 5 years? experience in a Finance management role
Previous Big four experience valuable
Multisite retail experience valuable.
