About the Role

We are offering a Paid Internship ? Technology Product/Solutions opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, proactive, and disciplined individual seeking to build their career in technology product management. You possess an undergraduate degree, plus a minimum 1-year professional experience in the technology/e-commerce/SaaS space.

You will demonstrate possessing the foundations of business acumen and technical/technology expertise. Under the direction of Senior-to-Executive Product leadership, you will be working on programs and initiatives for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.

What You'll Do

  • Under the direction of a Senior or Group Product Manager:
    • Collaborate in assessing and managing scope of work, decomposing high level business requirements into epics and stories
    • Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, design, data analytics, and engineering gathering user requirements
    • Help keep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks, engage in risk mitigation as needed
    • Assist in the test and monitor for customer and user satisfaction, engage internally across product, development, quality engineering/testing, client implementation to resolve issues through process analysis, application activity, reviews, and customer feedback
  • Participate in client product enhancements process through review, prioritization, product development milestones, product launch, and results measurement

About You

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant field of work, plus minimum of 1-year of professional experience demonstrating:
    • Intellectual curious, innovative, and creative mindset
    • Business process and analysis foundation ? ability to analyze, clarify, and translate business, user, and functional requirements (or closely related data sets)
    • Ability to undertake market research
    • Knowledge and appreciation for consumer driven industries, e-commerce, web and mobile order and pay applications
    • Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile environment preferred
    • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving expertise
  • Customer focused with high quality standards
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
