The Senior Product Marketing Manager ? Digital Products you will support the Head of Global Product Marketing in the development of the communication and marketing strategy and lead its implementation for your assigned products, taking end-to-end responsibility for initiatives and projects at scale. You will partner the POs in the development of suitable offers for B2B clients and B2C consumers and spearhead the development of suitable communication activities to promote the offers. You lead the communication life cycle and commercial initiatives based on company strategy as well as customer, consumer and market understanding. As part of your role, you will steer external partners and suppliers from briefing to execution. You will work closely with and guide a Marketing Manager, role-modelling core processes and offering professional leadership.

The goal of the role is to support the development of suitable digital products and solutions and support their product lifecycle with effective and efficient campaigns along the user journey that are enabling global markets to convert to sales and ensure the growth of ZEISS Vision Care.

Education:

Bachelor?s degree in marketing AND OR communication.

proven work experience in digital product marketing, branding, performance marketing

Work experience:

3-5 years

International work experience will be highly desirable

About you:

  • A highly-skilled professional with a proven track record in marketing digital products, always championing creative excellence
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • A result-driven thought leader with a pragmatic mindset and ability to collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders
  • An effective communicator across different levels of the hierarchy/ functions and cultures ? fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must

Must have:

  • Solid understanding of user journeys, coupled with a proven customer/ consumer focus (B2B/ B2C)
  • Strong experience in applying standard marketing tools and skills, such as segmentation, ideation, market research, insight generation, campaign creation (briefing to execution)
  • Track record of analysis and performance measurement of marketing initiatives and campaign optimization
  • Strong project management skills, proven in larger-scale projects
  • The ability to work effectively and with discipline in an international environment, also in virtual/ hybrid teams

Salary: 80,000.00? - 90,000.00? per year
