Our Record-to-Report business line provides a variety of innovative, and reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also provide services in the area of Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling and much more!

What role will you play?

  • Monitor tasks of team and check progress of activities to ensure timely completion
  • Maintains internal procedures and implement new procedures from customer
  • Promote close cooperation with customers.
  • Responds to operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact
  • Direct management responsibility for all employees assigned to the team, for decisions regarding personnel measures and for implementation of these measures
  • Contribute to people development and engagement.
  • Promote digital transformation within the team
  • Participation in Business Continuity related activities
  • Drive the Closing Status Meeting in close aligment with Subledgers and CF R
  • Drive the Closing Lessons Learned process with CF R

  • Team management & Leadership Skills
  • Team Player, with strong customer focus, result & quality orientation;
  • University degree
  • Fluent knowledge of English language Write and Spoken (mandatory)
  • Proficient in MSOffice (excel); experience with SAP will be a plus
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
  • Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation, and professional ethics.
  • G/L Accounting background would be a plus
