About the Role

We?re seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, proactive, and disciplined Associate Product/Solutions Owner. You will be working on programs and initiatives for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.

What You'll Do

• Under the direction of a Senior or Group Product Manager:
  • Actively collaborate in the development of branded commerce and engagement solutions on web and mobile applications
  • Actively engage customers and key stakeholders to drive business requirements definition
  • Collaborate in assessing and managing scope of work, decomposing high level business requirements into epics and stories
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, design, data analytics, and engineering gathering user requirements
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress; ensure executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks, engage in risk mitigation as needed
  • Test and monitor for customer and user satisfaction, engage internally across product, development, quality engineering/testing, client implementation to resolve issues through process analysis, application activity, reviews, and customer feedback
• Participate in product enhancements process through review, prioritization, product development milestones, product launch, and results measurement

About You

• Intellectually curious, innovative, and creative mindset
• Undergraduate degree in closely related field
• 1-3 years? experience:
  • As a business analyst, associate product/solutions owner for consumer, e-commerce, web and/or mobile applications
  • Experience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories
  • Analyzing, clarifying, and translating client business and functional requirements
  • Coordinating, tracking and reporting scope of work and change management efforts
• Foundational and hands-on experience in:
  • Business analysis
  • Data analysis
  • Software development lifecycle
  • Product roadmap development
  • Documenting current and future state business and software application process flows
  • Writing and publishing release notes and product feature documentation
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
• Customer focused with high quality standards
• Advanced written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills
• SaaS, e-commerce industry experience preferred
