Who You'll Work With

 You will be based in a McKinsey Client Capability Hub in Lisbon, Portugal or Wroclaw, Poland.

  You will be part of our global Capabilities and Insights team within the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. It is one of the fastest growing practice within McKinsey. You will work closely with colleagues in Costa Rica, United States, Portugal and Poland.

  You will also be part of our global Client Capabilities Network which includes a wide spectrum of growth, marketing & sales knowledge consulting leaders and experts in a variety of sectors and geographies. Colleagues in our global Client Capabilities Networkdeliver distinctive client impact through assets and expertise and are driven by a culture of innovation.

What You'll Do

You will work on topics across marketing, customer experience, sales and channels, and pricing on projects across all industries.

 In this role, you will partner with consultants to understand and disaggregate client problems within marketing and sales, and prioritize their knowledge needs to enable next generation growth at our clients. You will identify the key issues for the consulting client teams and determine the most appropriate approach for the client context. You will guide consultants in the use of growth, marketing and sales knowledge, and capabilities to bring the best solution to our clients.

 Each member of the team is aligned to a set of domains (or topic areas) where they have an opportunity to deepen their expertise and serve clients. You will have the opportunity to develop a spike in one of our marketing and sales topics, specifically sales and channel. You will also contribute to the developing and managing of a state-of-the art knowledge infrastructure by leveraging our firm?s assets and establishing relationships with experts in the topic of focus.

Qualifications

  <li>Master?s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field</li>
  <li> No previous experience required</li>
  <li> Demonstrated interest in marketing and sales</li>
  <li> Strong problem solving and analytical capability</li>
  <li> Solid understanding of economic, financial and general business concepts</li>
  <li> Intellectually curious and demonstrates a professional mindset</li>
  <li> Strong orientation towards customer service</li>
  <li> Strong desire to collaborate; high level of initiative taking</li>
  <li> Ability to interact effectively at all levels of a large global organization</li>
