<b><br/>Your new field of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented.</b>

<br/>As our Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the Grid Software sales strategy related to contract and subscription renewals, including maintenance, on-premise, SaaS and cloud solutions, and lead our corresponding central Renewal Team. You have a full understanding of renewal process design, proven leadership skills, an affinity for digital sales tooling and bring strong customer orientation and communication skills to our team.

<b><br/>These tasks await you:</b>
<br/><ul>
 <li> Conceptualizing and implementing our global proactive renewal sales processes, including leading the introduction and operation of corresponding digital sales processes and tools</li>
 <li> Building and leading our corresponding central Renewal Team to own and execute contract renewals and deliver outstanding results</li>
 <li> Working with global Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, creating renewal strategies that proactively engage our customers and minimize churn rates</li>
 <li> Project managing the renewal cycle and co-ordinating all necessary resources</li>
 <li> Preparing the renewal offers, contacting customers directly to close renewal contracts and presenting our value proposition in close alignment with the Lead Account Managers</li>
 <li> Maintain opportunities and customer data in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting</li>
 <li> Implement and follow best practices for all internal processes including Opportunity Management, Data Quality &amp; Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotes and Forecasting</li>

 <b> Your qualifications ? well-founded and adequate.</b>
 <ul>
  <li> Minimum Bachelor?s Degree in a related field with strong commercial background</li>
  <li> Long years of years of experience in quota carrying Software sales or renewals ? or in the B2B SaaS industry is a must</li>
  <li> You have a very good business knowledge, especially in the field of quotations, calculations, contract law (e.g. Terms and Conditions and License Agreements) and sales excellence</li>
  <li> You have an advanced user level with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), SAP and Salesforce.com</li>
  <li> You are an entrepreneur and strong leader, with the ability to build strategies and processes for success and encouraging the team to deliver outstanding results</li>
  <li> You hold successful value conversations with customers at all levels, with strong English communication skills and intercultural competence</li>
  <li> You have strong analytical skills, with a sense of urgency, organization and ownership</li>
 </ul>
