We are looking for a bright, inspiring and highly motivated Creative Designer (includes graphic and web) to join our team.

We are seeking a talented specialist who can help CEX.IO articulate and elevate our brand through our visual identity. Collaborating with product managers, engineering teams and other experts across the organization, you will be responsible for executing conceptual and expressive design across all surfaces where our brand lives.

Scope of work:

• Produce creative visual content for multiple channels, including the CEX.IO customer-facing website, emails, social media, and marketing campaigns;
• Provide designs which are compliant with established brand and style guidelines;
• Revise brand guidelines as required to allow the gradual evolution of visual identity;
• Work with business leads to understand the creative needs and scope of each project;
• Collaborates closely with other cross functional teams, such as Product Management, Engineering, Communications/Brand and Marketing to ensure design strategy execution.
  

Essential Requirements:

• Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals: illustration, typography, layouts;
• Strong command of color theory, image composition;
• 4+ years of experience of UI/UX experience for a variety of products;
• A strong visual and technical portfolio demonstrating your innovative work across multiple channels in graphic design, branding, and product design;
• A solid level of proficiency with Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Illustrator;
• Knowledge of browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment;
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven organization, ability to multitask and prioritize;
• English language proficiency - enough to effectively collaborate with multinational teams.
