We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a Claims Management Specialist - Hebrew Speaker for the region of Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras (Lisbon).

Main responsibilities:

• Execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in Claims, mainly: reception, registering, assignment and categorization of all customer Claims and Deductions raised by customers and/or internally.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible.

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;
• Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit Accounting rules);
• Fluent in Hebrew and Intermediate English level;
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications - Strong Excel knowledge;
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
