Job Description


You will be used to:

Collaborating with digital traffickers, media buyers, Analytics/BI analysts, product managers, copywriters, designers and developers to ensure panel recruiting, engagement and retention actions are properly handled according to budgets, timelines and local country needs.

Supporting measurement initiatives across paid and organic, working closely with the performance marketing team for experimentation opportunities and initiatives to drive incremental growth, working alongside the user paid acquisition team to contribute to the strategic framework and roadmap for ASO on all segments, countries and app stores

Analysing data about our users to make informed recommendations about app growth and working side-by-side with developers and product leadership to develop, iterate and refine app/mobile products

Be a self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas

Being a big thinker and are excited to test new strategies to achieve step change growth on the app storefronts


Qualifications


At least 3 years mobile/apps digital industry experience for consumers (performance marketing, mobile acquisition, app product development)

Specific product management in mobile applications with a deep, holistic understanding of the mobile user experience (including application stores, unique mobile capabilities, user behaviour, and the underlying technical architecture)

Analytical tools and consumer feedback tools working experience to refine offerings and drive new features/functionality

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail & logical thinking

Knowledge of mobile app technologies and UX/design best practices

Proven experience of A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions

Proven understanding of how app stores operate and what drives performance.

Passionate about cultural localisation and the role it plays in the way we approach online marketing.

Clear, concise and persuasive verbal and written communication. Ability to convey strategy and prioritization to senior stakeholders.
