Our client is real estate private equity firm which, due to its exponential growth in recent months, is hiring an Investment Associate ? Real Estate Private Equity.
Your new role
The selected Candidate will be responsible to source and analyse investment opportunities and market trends across all real estate sectors, according with the company´s investment profile, prepare detailed business plans as well as accurate cash flow and return analysis as part of the underwriting and of new investment opportunities, develop and present investment memorandums for internal and external investment committee purposes, as well as assist in deal negotiation, execution and structuring.
As an Investment Associate the Candidate will be responsible for the support of divestment of existing deals, as well as the support of investor relations activities, namely assuring reporting of existing investments and manage liaisons with placement agents.
What you'll need to succeed
The Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree or / and a Master Degree in Finance or Management, proven experience of minimum 3 years of experience in private equity, or consultancy, with background in Real Estate. The Candidate shall understand the underwriting process, cash flow modelling, investment deal structuring and due diligence procedures and have advanced analytical and modelling skills, as well as verbal and written communication and presentation skills. The fluency in English and MS Office Skills are also mandatory
