What is this job about?

In this position, we are looking for a Marketing Ops with a strong creative eye and ambition, which will help us to combine strategy and execution to drive outreach, branding, and growth. As our Marketing Ops, you will embark on an exciting rebranding project, responsible for devising and actioning the Sioslife marketing plan.

What you?ll be doing?

• Design and implement a marketing strategy, plan, and roadmap that drives outreach and growth;
• Create and lead the implementation of content strategy;
• Organizing and hosting events and webinars;
• Commissioning or conducting market research;
• Marketing budget management;
• Work cross-functionally with the rest of the team and business areas, especially with the Sales, Product, Finance, and HR teams. You will also work closely with our Communication Designer;
• Stay current on market trends and constantly incorporate innovative ideas to achieve marketing goals;
• Having fun!

What do we look for in you?

• Proven marketing experience, ideally in B2B software and/or startup environment;
• Degree in Marketing or similar qualification;
• Experience using web analytics, SEO, social media, and other digital marketing tools;
• Thorough understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices;
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
