Xpandasia was founded in 2009 in Shenzhen, China. We set out with a goal, to increase accessibility to Asian markets for small and midsize brands. At XpandAsia, our mission is to make Asian markets accessible to small and midsize brands. We understand that there are so many amazing brands that could be huge winners in Asia but because the challenges and cost just seemed to be daunting a lot of these brands decide to avoid or postpone their Asia expansion.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales and business development representative to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Who You Are

You are a highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and organized individual with a passion for sales. Your superior skills in prioritization allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and effectively manage your full pipeline: you don't let leads fall through the cracks. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will hunt for new business opportunities through outbound prospecting: cold calling, email sequencing, and developing relationships with key decision-makers.

Highlights of What You?ll Do

  • Identify contacts and companies as prospective clients; research and identify prospective leads
  • Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively; analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
  • Establish contact with new business opportunities via carious and creative means; generate new client business through networking, and follow up on recommendations
  • Prequalify potential clients and leads as sales opportunities; set up meetings with potential clients
  • Present our company to potential clients; communicate the Xpandasia service offering to the prospective leads in a relevant and engaging manner
  • Cultivate strong relationships with leads from first contact throughout the sales process; identify client needs
  • Manage the sales funnel and pipeline to ensure appropriate communication to the right people at the right time
  • Leverage sales enablement content repository, such as scripts, decks, templates, etc.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales metrics and sales performance

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity

Salary: From 3,000.00? per month
