  • As a Team Leader of the Finance Systems Reporting & Planning support team, part of
  • Finance Transformation organization, you will be responsible for:
  • 1) Managing the support and evolution of the Integrated Finance Reporting & Planning (IFRP) Platform, Leading a team size of up to 10 individuals
  • The IFRP Platform is a BW on Hana platform covering multiple applications. On top of this platform there are complex reporting solutions of SAP for which SAP Analytics Cloud technology will be used. This is needed for our Reporting Transformation strategy. In parallel we are setting up an integrated Planning solution which will allow for actuals to be compared against corporate targets and forecasts.
  • The team leader and the team will be responsible for the following:
  • Collect requests through the ticketing system
  • Understand issues and be able to reproduce a case, prioritizing accordingly
  • Propose and apply solutions to resolve issues
  • Connect with Airbus experts or development teams on solutions for each case
  • Identify interface issues between various SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g IBM Planning Analytics, Planisware, Workday etc) and resolve them with the corresponding experts
  • Analyze and answer and prioritize the end-user and change requests
  • Design solutions for the change requests
  • Customize, test and deliver solutions
  • Participate in integration test phases
  • 2) Build the team
  • Be part of the recruitment process and team strategy
  • Develop the team with on-the-job opportunities and empowerment
  • Create a wellbeing working atmosphere, and behave in respect with Airbus values
  • Organize the team in the most efficient way (e.g, creating focal points by areas and helping pair Seniors and Juniors profiles on daily tasks)
  • Drive performance by improving the support & evolutions activities, starting by the deployment of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improvements actions (standard templates, etc...)
  • Support the Finance Transformation teams in their industrialization (Documentation, Governance, Ways of working
  • Provide monthly reports on team progress by creating, analyzing and improving Dashboards
  • Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to share key figures, results of the team and improvement actions

• competências

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in other similar areas (preferable)
  • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Good understanding of business processes in the Finance area (Operational Planning, Monthly Reporting, Internal Corporate Reporting)
  • Understanding the importance of Master Data alignment, activity sequencing and process organization.
  • Ability to identify, clarify, reproduce and resolve incidents
  • Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
  • Self-motivated problem-solver and quick learner
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and team spirit
  • Very good level of english (minimum B2)
  • Proactive energy
  • (considered a plus):
  • Basic knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and/or IBM Planning Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of SAP authorizations management
  • Basic knowledge of SAP FIORI and business warehouse.
