FINANCE

We're a global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to tell our story with data.

Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Procurement you'll execute the global Procurement Operations vision in Portugal, with the goal of achieving both operational and financial benefit. Under the guidance of global Procurement, you will manage the Procurement Systems and Innovation team located in Porto, and help with the implementation of the global business spend management tool across FF group, ensuring spend under management is optimized for improved spend management and operational efficiency, with a focus on indirect spend.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the Procurement Systems and Innovation Team
  • Identify business needs and prioritize projects
  • Use deep understanding of goals, issues and root causes and provide insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE

  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business, finance or a related field; master degree
  • Relevant Project management, planning skills
  • Team management experience
  • Experience with the implementation of P2P systems like Coupa will be a plus
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
