Function
<ul>
<li>Ensure and give strategic and operational support to different order-to-cash teams</li>
<li>Lead the team stimulating the team spirit and motivation</li>
<li>Ensure the service and process execution according to defined KPI´s</li>
<li>Report performance and quality metrics</li>
<li>Coordinate multifunctional meetings to discuss business results and action plans</li>
<li>Coordinate the development of innovative and operational solutions through the creation of an environment of continuous improvement</li>
<li>Understand the responsibility of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety and Environment Policies and other policy types communicated by the organization</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>You have a University degree (required) and/or master?s degree (desirable; Business-Finance or education prefer</li>
<li>Dutch native or C2 and English level C1</li>
<li>5 Years of management experience in areas such as client support, sales, marketing and/or previous experience on a shared services center</li>
<li>Able to show leadership skills</li>
<li>Strong ability to influence and impact on the implementation of changes, maintaining a strong performance and motivation</li>
<li>Able to work under pressure and in a high-volume workload environment</li>
<li>Analytical, detailed oriented and excellent problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Knowledge in project management</li>
