Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Assure and coordinate DfE related activities inside the electric business activities to achieve the company targets with the right documentation and quality;
  • Promote design for environment by raising awareness for legal requirements and sustainability targets;
  • Focus on material compliance with follow up on the DfE-related legal requirements and how they affect our business;
  • Active member of projects in product development and maintenance to ensure material compliance (MC process) including material check, evaluations and report of material compliance and support to interpretation of legal requirements;
  • Support development with introduction of new tools and processes in the business area together with cooperation and standardization on central level for DfE community.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Master in Mechanical Engineering or similar field;
  • Knowledge on material compliance related legal requirements (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, packaging directives, ?) is valued;
  • Ablity to manage complex topics in different products and systems;
  • Self-organized to allow coordination of all DfE related activities;
  • Preparation and maintainance of documentation in a good level to assure compliance with legal requirements;
  • Analytical approach towards the understanding of requirements.

Managerial & Personal Skills:

  • Experience in a cross functional setup. Knows how to plan, organize, oversee, and coordinate resources according to defined timelines and milestones;
  • Ablity to coach, listen effectively and provide feedback, including technical guidance;
  • Strong focus on decision taking and result orientation;
  • Ablity to define responsibilities;
  • Organisational attitude and effective presentations skills combined with strategic mindset;
  • Pro-active attitude with Problem solving mindset;
  • Languages: English, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment.
