• (Preferred) Master?s degree in business administration, business informatics, information technology or equal, ideally with certificate in project management
• 3+ years of professional working experience in Procurement in different roles
• 3+ professional working experience in application management of global tools with large number of interfaces
• 2+ years experience in project management and leading mixed functional and technical teams
• Experience in process optimization, lean, six sigma
• Ability to interact with and communicate on executive level
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to drive results
• Knowledge / experience with ERP and data analytics systems especially SAP FI and MM
• Experience with cloud based database solutions
• Experience with Process mining tools (e.g. Celonis) und UX design
• Experience with Data analytics and Databases (SQL)
• Understand data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives
• Experience working in virtual and distributed teams
• English, German a plus. International working experience preferred
• 10 ? 20% business travel (international & domestic)

<b><br/>Your responsibilities</b>

• Building a use case and value-oriented process mining environment with continuous improvement and extension of strong processes models
• Conduct Workshops with business to gather functional reporting requirements and align data quality and integrity standards across Siemens Energy
• Collect functional requirements and translate to technical requirements
• Design and implement technical data architecture, create complex data views, model & map data in backend
• Conduct process optimization workshops, support in process redesigns and the identification of saving and optimization potential as well as the calculation of related business cases
