We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Portuguese Market in Lisbon, reporting to the Business Market Development for Portugal.

Job Responsibilities:

· Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
· Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
· Resolving customer complaints, managing database records
· Providing products and services information to existing customers
· Opening customer accounts and maintaining customer records.
· Interacting with other internal departments (typically IT, Operations or Finance) to solve these problems, following up to ensure resolution and giving prompt feedback to the customers.
· Preparing products or services reports
· Assisting the Business Market Developer in creating commercial and Marketing documentation
