We are looking for an experienced paid social media expert with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). You will lead the Paid social team focussing on the strategy and working directly with clients. We work with customers from various industries and generally use several advertising channels, which makes account management very interesting and versatile.

Your Experience

• Expertise with social media advertising platforms particularly LinkedIn
• Social Media-Monitoring, Market and trend observation
• Developing paid social content strategies and long-term acquisition marketing plans
• Creating forecasts and audits for paid social campaigns
• Strategic development and KPI-oriented support of PPC campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strategic development and KPI-oriented support of paid social campaigns
• Planning and implementation of A/B tests, as well as landing page (marketing target pages) conception and optimisation
• Regular reporting and opportunity evaluations
• Providing advice to customers in order to increase revenue and optimise ROI

What you should bring:

• 4+ years of experience in paid social marketing
• Determination and motivation to be involved in the growth of a marketing agency
• Creativity, strong communication skills and an independent working method
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
