O nosso estágio tem a duração de 12 meses na GSK Pharma com o objetivo de proporcionar ao candidato o primeiro contato com o ?mundo? empresarial, dotando de conhecimento prático relacionado com os diferentes processos de gestão da área Business Insights e CRM Management.

Requisitos de competências:

• Licenciatura em: Ciência de Dados; Matemática Aplicada; Economia; Gestão; Estatística Aplicada ou Engenharia.
• Bons conhecimentos em Word, Excel e Power Point;
• Inglês avançado e Espanhol intermédio;
• Boa capacidade de comunicação;
• Adaptabilidade proativa;
• Criatividade (busca de inovação através do pensamento criativo);
• Work Ethic (responsável, disciplina, trabalho em equipa).

Principais Áreas de responsabilidade:

• Suporte na identificação, recolha e análise de dados provenientes de fontes externas;
• Suporte na criação de apresentações e relatórios referentes a dados de mercado, análise territorial, e gestão de CRM;
• Suporte na gestão de automação e a integração de dados;
• Suporte na gestão do programa de Incentivo à Força de Vendas;
• Suporte na construção de questionários para aplicação interna;
• Auxiliar a realização de contato com parceiros e agências;

Principais Áreas de Desenvolvimento:

• Trabalhar em contexto multinacional;
• Trabalhar nas diferentes vertentes de CRM Operacional, Colaborativo e Analítico;
• Trabalho diário com ferramentas Qlikview, Power BI, Salesforce e Veeva;
• Contacto com diversas equipas locais e internacionais;
