Key Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Master Data creation and maintenance.

Create customer documentation (Invoices and Credit Notes).

Booking of Invoices on third party portals.
- Posting of journal entries to ensure business transactions are reflected.
- Assist clients with invoice-related questions and issues, via e-mail and phone.
- Record daily bank activities - payment application and bank account reconciliation.

Liaising with customers regarding billing or collection issues.
- Conduct AR aging analysis, customer reconciliations, process and sending of dunning letters.
- Assist with the cash collection process by contacting customers via e-mail and phone.

Support the team with month-end procedures, including internal controls and reconciliations.
- Assist the team whenever necessary, contributing to the collaboration and team spirit.

Participate in continuous improvement processes (e.g., accounting and internal control processes).
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar roles/areas.

General understanding of O2C concepts and procedures.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or other similar areas.

Considerable knowledge of Excel and basic computer systems, NetSuite will be a plus.

Fluency in English - written and spoken.
- Extra languages such as Spanish or German are a big plus.
- Good analytical and organization skills and attention to detail.
