Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Create customer documentation (Invoices and Credit Notes).
• Booking of Invoices on third party portals.
• Posting of journal entries to ensure business transactions are reflected.
• Assist clients with invoice-related questions and issues, via e-mail and phone.
• Record daily bank activities - payment application and bank account reconciliation.
• Liaising with customers regarding billing or collection issues.
• Conduct AR aging analysis, customer reconciliations, process and sending of dunning letters.
• Assist with the cash collection process by contacting customers via e-mail and phone.
• Support the team with month-end procedures, including internal controls and reconciliations.
• Assist the team whenever necessary, contributing to the collaboration and team spirit.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes (e.g., accounting and internal control processes).

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar roles/areas.
• General understanding of O2C concepts and procedures.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or other similar areas.
• Considerable knowledge of Excel and basic computer systems, NetSuite will be a plus.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken.
• Extra languages such as Spanish or German are a big plus.
• Good analytical and organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and resilient.
