Your new company

In this new challenge, you will report to the Global Treasury Services manager.
Your new role
Responsible for own daily treasury services activities within the region such as payment runs, liquidity planning, hedging, and reporting to Group Treasury Responsible for delivering treasury services aligned with the agreed global framework;
Accountable that the organization?s treasury services are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant accounting principles, regulations and standards, whether established by the company, by authorities or regulators;
Accountable for banking admin, payments, treasury accounting, and administration of currency exposure and liquidity forecast within the region. Supporting external and internal audits and resolving audit findings;
Lead, evaluate, and develop the team by performing the employee management process for staff (e.g. staffing decisions, coaching, development, evaluation) with an emphasis to coach and mentor employees;
Responsible to secure close cooperation between the different organizational units across the matrix organization;
Responsible for securing close cooperation between the different organizational units across the organization. Accountable for securing good cost management within own responsibility area;
Accountable for customer satisfaction and continuous improvements in own area;
Contributes to development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes through participation in projects and initiatives led by the services development teams.
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor or master?s degree in Finance;
3-5 years? experience in either Finance, Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable;
Leadership and manager experience in a multi-cultural environment (physical and remote).
Genuine interest in people management with the ability to build effective teams;
Proven Treasury and accounting skills and preferable with knowledge in subledger processes;
Proactive and innovative approach;
Flexible - readily adapts to remote leadership, change and new systems and/or methods;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Skilled in driving and managing change;
Self-driven and team player;
Deliver with quality and speed and drive change and engagement;
Softwares required: SAP ECC and S/4, Office 365;
Fluent English in verbal and written.
