Your new role
As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for all data analysis - aggregating many data sources into a cohesive and easily digestible story; for the forecast & budget - helping companies create accurate and timely forecasts and budgets; and also for the reporting - developing KPIs and reports that provide management with timely, accurate and insightful information. Also, you will be responsible for ensuring that variances to budgets and forecasts are identified and explained.
What you need to be successful
A Bachelor?s degree in Finance or Business - related discipline, or an MBA;
Big 4 or consulting firm background is a plus;
Strong system and Excel skills;
Fluent in English;
Experience in a fast-paced international organization;
Strength of character to enforce financial disciplines;
Ability to multitask, results oriented, able to work under pressure, have superior analytical skills, and an excellent problem solver;
Creates strong personal partnerships and alliances;
A good balance of intellect, energy, and humility;
Proactive, strong team player, looking for a challenge and to enjoy the job;
Independent and collaborative.
