Our Senior Recruiter will help grow our client by executing our talent acquisition strategy for attracting, hiring, and setting the foundation for a highly engaging experience in which employees have the capabilities for success and are a strong cultural fit.
What we want from you:
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from screening, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback, and communicating status to candidates
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
- Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs
- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale for the future of our company
- Managing the delivery of the project according to plans
- Track project progress through project management software such as SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
What you?ll need:
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience working with internal and external partners and vendors to achieve goals on aggressive timelines
- Excellent communication in Spanish (mandatory);
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills
