GRUPO CONSTANT, a company specialized in Human Resources, through its HR & Training business area, is recruiting an Trade Marketing Specialist (M/F) for a prestigious Multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry, for Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new permanent materials in store (furniture's, new backlights). Coordinate with the external supplier;
- Responsible for constant innovation on POS materials & optimise investment, in terms of produces & implemented materials;
- Assure the delivering of the materials to Sales Representatives, to make the actions;
- Sales Cycle Activities: Support to Visibility Coordinator designing the materials and evaluate the implementation by Sales Force (minim field visits: 10/year);
- Support with the Budget to the Presentation Coordinator;
- Maintain and reduce the materials in wharehouse.
Profile:
- Academic Background in Management, Marketing or similar (mandatory);
- Four or five years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG Industry;
- Excellent analytical skills (investment analysis);
- Good knowledge of Portuguese and English languages, both spoken and written (C1/C2);
- Pro-activity, spirit of initiative, dynamism and sense of responsibility;
- Commercial sensitivity;
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Ability to work under pressure and a positive attitude towards unexpected situations.
