Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support & guidance to account and sales teams on best practice deal management, deal structuring and quoting
  • Work closely with Finance to make sure quotes are structured and priced correctly and paperwork is complete, based on guidelines provided by account and sales team as part of the deal
  • Be the primary interface between account and sales team and finance on any aspect of booking, invoices, 3rd party payments, organic growth, and overages; Execute paperwork and system activities to execute them for each of the accounts
  • Ability to analyse, model and recommend the best course of action for complex pricing situations and business decisions
  • Coordinate and handle cross-departmental approvals outside of standard detailed workflow
  • Support RFP/RFI/Vendor Questionnaires and drive the enablement process related to such requests
  • Identify process improvement, automation and sales training opportunities

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role namely on Sales, Business Operations, Channel Operations, Deal Desk, Contract Administration or equivalent
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing, rapidly growing environment
  • Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate
  • Bachelor?s Degree in business administration, or equivalent
  • High proficiency with Salesforce , previous experience with CPQ is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is also a plus
