ROLE

Deep Blue Ventures runs a portfolio of multiple SEO sites. We focus on providing our clients with the best possible well-researched content. We also refer highly targeted customers to our clients.
We are a small but mighty team of 50, and we manage to generate over 5 million unique readers per month. Our future holds excellent potential for growth and a sharp focus on customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on the quality of our output, all while providing our employees with flexibility and potential for creative exploration. We are expanding, so we are looking to hire a HR Generalist. As such, you would play a key role, and you would be our most significant talent growth driver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• HR
• Be a collaborative and trusted partner to employees and leaders.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy along with the People Operations Manager.
• Partnering with teams and departments on employee relations, performance management and compensation, organization support, talent acquisition, learning and development.
• Support the People Operations Manager in Talent Development and Culture building
• HR SOPs creation and implementation
• Talent Acquisition

• Develop and build impactful relationships with candidates, using worldwide class recruitment and support techniques.
• Match hiring manager needs with the best talent.
• Position Deep Blue Ventures as an employer of choice in each of our markets.
• Develop recruitment goals and objectives, continuously working to transform the talent acquisition department.
• Work collaboratively to ensure a seamless recruiting and onboarding experience
• Create and maintain job descriptions, job postings and interview questions
• Coordinate and conduct interviews

• Attend and/or complete all required training as assigned.
• Assists colleagues with projects or tasks when needed.
• Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or experience

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline

• Fluent English
• Minimum (1)+ year experience as a recruiter, with in-depth knowledge of best practices

Experience with setting up project management tools

• (1)+ year experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing NOT a must
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information

Systems (HRIS)

• Brownie points if you know Notion and Clickup ? NOT a must
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• You are a practical person who makes great things happen and gets things done.
