We are currently looking for a Claims Management Lead Specialist. Reporting to Claims & CNDN Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Claims Management.

A day in the life of...

  • Manage the Claims Management team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place;
  • Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives;
  • Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area;
  • Encourage, coach & develop the team;
  • Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented;
  • Ensure compliance of Claims Management activities.

  • Ability to develop and lead a team;
  • Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners;
  • Knowledge in Financial area;
  • Good stakeholder management skills;
  • Knowledge in SAP solution;
  • Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi);
  • Strong leadership skills - even if didn't have a Lead position previously;
  • Strong level of English;
  • Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers;
  • Good planning, and organisational skills;
  • Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment;
  • Analytical capability;
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
