Analysis of existing Salesforce systems and deduction of best practice recommendations to make Orgs more efficient.
Designing data models and tailored solutions, scoping of projects and presentation to customers.
Going on scoping workshops as part of the Design & Scoping phase.
Implementation of tailored solutions to our clients - from start-ups to scale-ups and medium-sized companies.
Quality assurance on running projects.
Training of customers after project completion.
Facilitating training activities for the internal Salesforce Consulting teams.
Continuous further training and certifications in the Salesforce area.
Completed studies in a relevant area.
4+ years of practical experience in building various cloud-based CRM solutions and experience with Salesforce.
IT affinity and know-how in software as a service, databases, and CRM.
You are certified Salesforce Admin.
Certifications like Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Marketing Cloud, CPQ are a plus.
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.
Fluent in German and English.
