Who You'll Work With

You will join our McKinsey Global Services (MGS) Talent Attraction team, with a focus on attracting candidates for our non-consulting roles across teams such as Visual Graphics & Media, Finance, People Operations, Technology & Digital among others. With our recruiting needs increasing on these teams, there?s a high level of internal support and prioritization from global leadership for this work, making it an exciting time to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be a part of the new Talent Engagement, Sourcing & Insights center of excellence, driving transformation and innovation. This team, comprised of engagement leads, sourcing recruiters and communications professionals, develops and launches campaigns that help prospective candidates around the world learn about MGS career paths at McKinsey. You will act as a trusted advisor to our internal clients, hiring partners, and senior recruiters to build and innovate the right sourcing strategies for the firm?s talent needs and execute the strategy. You will work both autonomously, and collaborate with peers across geographies, industries, and tenures activating communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media campaigns, publications, events, and other channels.

What You'll Do

You will build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels is available to attract the best talent. In this role, you will partner with communications functions leads to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging. You will contribute to creating a new market standard by generating innovative ideas for brand promotion and candidate attraction, applying best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media, and communications to HR. You will also understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop robust recruitment marketing plans. You will monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback on these results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing or relevant professional experience assuring a strong understanding of employer branding
  • 4+ years of experience in HR marketing, employer branding, and recruitment
  • 2+ years' experience launching, optimizing and reporting on paid social media campaigns across major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Track record of successfully leading employer branding initiatives and activating marketing campaigns
  • Deep experience with digital marketing and running successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Multi-cultural inclusion and diversity mindset
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, presentation skills, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience implementing, and continuously improving large-scale projects
  • Fluency tracking and evaluating metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns in order to determine ROI
  • Strong experience in partnering cross-functionally and working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Fluent English
