CEX.IO is looking for a Security DevOps professional with proven experience within IAM application integration, audit, operational risk management, or technology, preferably gained within a financial services environment. Someone with strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of the information security strategy
  • Provides guidance and sets standards for secure application development and cloud configurations
  • Collaborates with application development and infrastructure teams to protect web applications and our cloud environment (Via WAF management, and secure cloud configurations (AWS, Google Workspaces)
  • Work with engineers to overhaul and develop a security framework for all development and AWS cloud operations
  • Researches, designs and advocates new technologies, architectures and security products
  • Monitors, communicates and troubleshoots security risks/problems

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Agile development processes and DevOps culture.
  • Experience working in cloud computing environments (AWS preferred).
  • 1+ years plus experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems.
  • Experience in Java, bean shell, shell scripts, and XML programming.
  • a learning mindset and keen interest to build your knowledge of User Access Management.
  • Experience with system monitoring and logging tools (e.g., AppDynamics, CloudWatch, SolarWinds).
  • Experience in coding with either RDMBS or NoSQL database/cache is a plus.
  • Knowledge in infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Experience in PingFederate or similar products.
  • Identity & Access Governance knowledge including Role based access control, access requests and certification.
