  • Preparation of budgets, forecasting and monitoring of allocation and variances of the costs of production and logistics centers.
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner with the main stakeholders (Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, PMS Planning & Logistics
  • Calculation of the cost of manufacturing products in order to establish the appropriate sales price policy of the company and ensure maximum profitability
  • Management of profitability studies of new projects, follow-up and analysis of start-up deviations
  • Control and analysis of deviations of CAPEX projects: budget, authorization limits, deviations, etc.
  • Make the monthly closing exercise on time and accurate in order to have the information needed to analyze the course of business
  • Prepare the appropriate analysis (by channel, product category, customers, etc.) to be able to influence the business decision making process
  • Preparation, analysis of internal reporting: preparation of KPI's, analysis of the evolution of the indicators, budget deviations and comparison with the previous year
  • Coordination with certified accountant and uploading of data and documents
  • Coordination and preparation of data for external audit
  • Project management and implementation of process and procedure improvements in their area

• competências

  • Academic Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar position
  • Solid financial background: finance and analytic accounting, management control and industrial cost management, pricing
  • Autonomy and proactive skills
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), Spanish valued
  • General Accounting (PHC knowledge by cost centers valued)
