Position Summary

The focus of this role is to support the Integrated Marketing Services Subject Matter Experts across services (e.g. Content, Website, Search, Customer Relationship Management?) at Nestlé to support the continuous development of their services and drive the End to End project lifecycle effectively as guardian of the methodology and facilitator for the governance. The Integrated Marketing Services Project Manager is responsible for driving multiple projects (from concept, design, pilot, launch and optimization), coordinating actions with different stakeholders to drive the upgrade & setup of new service, bringing consistency & synergies across services and supporting related services documentation (e.g. service definition, online catalogue, onboarding presentation in a consistent manner across services).

A day in the life of...

? Champion and steward the Integrated Marketing Services methodology & processes to support Integrated Business Services Subject Matter Experts to upgrade & setup new services: from concept, design, pilot, launch and optimization.
? Drive consistency & synergies in project management & documentation for services definition across Integrated Marketing Services.
? Take full ownership of key projects. Create, and maintain project timelines for multiple projects and various teams. Run cross-functional meetings, gathering agenda topics, and tracking follow ups. Work with functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and ensuring deliverables are met.
? Support functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to document service definition, catalogue, onboarding in a consistent manner across services.
? Lead escalation of project concerns or blockers with leadership Teams.
? Support the connection between services to develop an integrated services offer to Markets & Above Markets Brand Teams.
? Support the devolvement of the Integrated Marketing Services online catalogue with Subject Matter Experts.
? Develop relationships with cross-functional partners across Marketing, IT, Solution and Operations (incl. Integrated Marketing Services) to support project management.
