Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of different transition projects from functions to the Global Business Services (GBS) - executing process analysis and quality control, ensuring timely delivery and progress

  • Coordinate the transition project team per service line

  • Validate Knowledge Transfer Plan with relevant stakeholders

  • Review risk register, ensure contingency planning is appropriate based on the risks identified

  • Support in the ramp up, hiring and team onboarding

  • Build the GBS transition methodology, and ensure effective use of established transition tools and processes

  • Identify continuous / process improvement opportunities of the as-is processes (during lift and shift) together with teams, and implement innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous (consulting) experience in transition execution in a GBS environment: BPO or captive

  • Previous experience managing (change) projects/programs in complex environments within tight timeframes

  • Result oriented and strong analytical skills

  • Strong PMO background and knowledge in lean (e.g. agile methods such as Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or another of equal value)

  • Proven track record in process improvements and automation (e.g. RPA, process analytics)

  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in Google Tools (Google Sheets etc.)

  • English mandatory (fluency in other languages will be a plus)

  • Nice to have: Functional expertise in one or more process domains (Finance, HR, Procurement) and capacity to model the process
