Your new role
Responsible for order management of external and internal direct-to-consumer (B2C) orders;
Provide data analysis around customer KPIs;
Drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency in processes, reducing costs;
Manage high volume of daily order processing with accuracy and efficiency;
Perform key tasks according to service levels, and communicate risks to participate in mitigation plan.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience;
2+ years of experience in Order Management;
Self-motivated, self-starter, and ability to work independently;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
Knowledge of supply chain, distribution, and sales processes;
Excel and Outlook proficiency;
Previous experience with SAP, CRM, EDI, or related enterprise software;
English fluency.
