Shared Service Centre | Financial Controller | IT
We're currently recruiting for a Shared Service Centre which is currently expanding. The IT Financial Controller works closely with the Head of Global IT Finance and Performance, as well as IT Global Domain leaders involved in new IT initiatives. In addition, she/he will be an actor of a large transformation program to fix the basics of the organization, with notably a stream dedicated to Finance & Budget areas.
Responsibilities:
Controlling: business partner of IT budget owners, accountable for monitoring the progress of IT spend (Run & Build activities of IT projects and programs), investigating variances, involved in setting the charge out structure
Setting the proper analytical structure to ensure proper global projects follow up in new dedicated tool as well as supporting the transformation within the budget stream
Involved in Governance process aiming follow-up of project costs, supporting the Project Manager
Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and half year reporting for Global IT
Forecasting, Budgeting: work with HQ budget owners to build their assumptions, and liaises with HQ Controlling team that ensure populating & reporting of figures
Supports and challenges business cases prepared before submission for financial approval
Involvement in Business review preparation
Ad hoc analysis, monitoring of action plan on costs optimisation or other subjects depending on priorities
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics or similar
Minimum of 6 years successful experience in Finance, and at least 2 years in Project Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Computer Skills
Ability to build relationships within the IT domain leads as well as the Business
"Speaking IT" and familiar with IT wording (SaaS, Run/Build, ...)
Fluent in English
