We are looking for an External Partners Coordinator (f/m/x) who will play a key role in building, establishing and strengthen our partnerships with suppliers for IT Services. Together with one colleague and embedded in our business operations team, you will be the point of contact for our partners and consultants in their journey at MB.io.


In this role you will

  • Understand the business needs and how to fulfill them throughout our partners

  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders in the staffing process: hiring managers, technical managers and finance and compliance members

  • Support the staffing process ? from requirements gathering to placement

  • Transform demands into purchase requirements and supplier orders for official assignments in accordance with defined processes

  • Own all the contract details for every supplier, negotiate pricing and support on analyses of contract terms and conditions

  • Track supplier performance SLAs and take actions where necessary

To Succeed you need


  • At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Key Account Management or Talent Acquisition (with focus on outsourcing)

  • To be really comfortable within IT world and different IT profiles

  • Have good knowledge in purchasing and staffing processes

  • Be a good problem solver and solution driver

  • High level of Self organization, target orientation and adaptability

  • Data analysis skills (e.g. Excel)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
