esponsibilities - your mission
The Process Improvement Specialist, reporting directly to the Head of Accounts Payable, will lead and manage the continuous improvement activities within the Airbus?s Accounts Payable function. This position will also lead existing and new project relationships.
Candidates for this position should be energized by working in complex business environments that require both a problem-solver and continuous improvement mindset.
Main responsibilities:
Cross-functional position covering various organizations within the Airbus Group
Strong interface between the Accounts Payable function, the Financial Systems teams, the Procurement function, and various other stakeholders on the new e-invoicing projects
Primary contact point within the department for the new e-invoicing Procurement tools called Air Supply and Taulia
Process Improvement:
Look at the current process, identify gaps, improve and harmonize the e-invoicing process for Air Supply and Taulia
Communicate and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders on these improvements
Supplier deployments
Guide suppliers to be deployed in the new e-invoicing tool, lead meetings and follow up in collaboration with Procurement
Guide suppliers when they have questions related to the new e-invoicing tool
Support the team leaders across the various Airbus entities when they seek to onboard a supplier onto one of the invoice reception channels
Project Management (for the Taulia project):
Act as the Accounts Payable coordinator
Responsible for the onboarding, drumbeat, and set-up of the process
Support of all Accounts Payable projects
Preparation and coordination of the monthly meeting presentations for the Head of Accounts Payable
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field required
Project management
5+ years related experience required
Proven ability to work in highly complicated business and system relationship model
English is a must
French or German is a value add/nice to have
