CEX.IO is scaling the product org to match our increasing breadth of exciting products. We are looking for a talented Core Services Product Director for CEX.IO.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new portfolio of core platform services that power all customer facing channels. Core Services is the lifeblood of CEX.IO.

This position can be based in Naperville IL, Lisbon or London and will require international travel. Candidates must be willing to work across different time zones as necessary.

What you own:

• Create and own the consumer strategy and vision for your area of responsibility.
• Define the value-based portfolio roadmap based on your product strategy and vision.
• Use qualitative and quantitative consumer insights and analytics to support the strategy, vision, and tactically-specific capabilities.
• Must be willing to seek out and internalize customer feedback from multiple channels and look for intersecting points between customer needs and business outcomes.
• Independently lead and gracefully collaborate with engineering, analytics and data science teams to deliver.
• Ensure successful roll-out and support of new products and features.
• Socialize platform capabilities with customer facing agile teams.
• Importantly, become the key point of contact and communication for your portfolio.

Who you are:

• 7+ years Technical Product Manager experience. Comfortable with defining and/or designing API?s for shared services supporting multiple product lines.
• Comfortable with Java, Node JS, React, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of performance tuning methodologies.
• You are a leader with prior management experience and possess the innate skills necessary to bring cross-functional participation into planning and execution.
• You are decisive and can manage ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements.
• You are focused on exceptional customer experiences for your product and pay close attention to how your product fits within the portfolio.
• You take steps forward in ambiguous situations and continuously learn.
• Collaborator and Communicator - You work well with others and own necessary communication.
• You are proficient at balancing consumer value, technical feasibility and usability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing team environment.
• Start-up experience a plus.

• Previous experience in crypto/FinTech space
