Your Impact:
Applications

  • Work towards efficiently deploying App Services team resources in line with prioritization approach;
  • Manage the main Roadmaps of the global solutions, coordinate the adoptions of the business units, and update the technical skills update required for the Business unit?s teams according to the evolution of the route maps;
  • Coordinate with architects to understand trends in the industry; platform limitations and priorities to advise a business on implications on global solutions like HR, Finance, Quality, and share service centers support;
  • Perform program risk assessment and assist in evaluating and identifying controls for the risks. Maintain and closely monitor the program risk management plan;

Digital

  • Define and lead critical global solutions project to be implemented and apps requirements specifications in together with business users and Architect support;
  • Coordinate activities with external suppliers to build the right solution considering the desired specifications and functionality;
  • Define and develop interfaces specification containing data flows, required transformations, and data validations;
  • Perform testing of the solution, with a focus on integration, safety, and performance tests;
  • Support business users in UAT acceptance tests, system configuration activities, and change management and application development analyzing new requirements;
  • Work closely with IT leaders business team in the implementation of digital capabilities marketing, finance, commercial, operations, etc
  • Support digital marketing team by conducting A/B testing on the website to identify
    mechanisms to improve conversion rate;
  • Implement UX changes to improve customer experience with architecture support;
Vendor Management
  • Conduct a standardized prioritization of the selection of vendors and services based on input from architects and program managers (e.g., based on what we know of our roadmap, we expect to use much more of these services, so the contract ought to be renegotiated);
  • Support enforcement of vendor SLAs/penalties and hold the vendor to aspects of the contract which are not measurable;
  • Track vendor financial and contract performance ensuring on-time delivery and review of contract deliverables and obligations;
End-User
  • Responsible for a set of activities including conducting initial user research, driving a solution vision based on business and user insights, designing desirable and intuitive multi-channel experiences, developing wireframes and visual designs, and iteratively validating solutions with users;
  • Conduct user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys;
  • Create distinctively, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices, and channels;
  • Develop new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs, and screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions;
  • Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions;
  • Track user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics

Who you are:

  • The profile in the market should have experience as an Enterprise architecture manager focusing on areas like HR Finance, and shared service centers.
