PORTUGUESE SPEAKING FINANCE ASSISTANT - PORTO (Portugal)Our client in the industrial and pharmaceutical field is seeking a Portuguese speaking Finance Assistant to join their Administrative and Financial Department close to Porto.
Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to the Head of the Department
- Check, verify and update invoices in the system
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs ? Key Performance Indicators
- Help to prepare any needed documents and data to elaborate reports to present to the Administration by the Head of the Department
- Verify if planning and monthly control is accomplished, reporting to the Head of Department any relevant change
- Work closely with other departments inside the company
- Help in any needed administrative task needed in the company
Requirements:- High school diploma or University Degree (preferable)
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance field or Management (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years? experience in a similar position within an accounting, management department
- Prior experience in international work environment (preferable)
- Portuguese at a native level with a high level of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specially of Excel
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking and an eye for detail
- Capability of complex problem solving
- Results oriented attitude
- Immediately availability
