Your life as an Accounts Receivable Team Member:

As an Accounts Receivable Team Member, you will be integrating the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, thus having the exposure and understanding of the O2C (Order to Cash) end-to-end process/full cycle. Among your main responsibilities, you will be:

  • Responsible for the Order to Cash processing, including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing.
  • Responsible of monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and/or inventory issues.
  • Generating and maintaining confidential information; and administering company policy and procedures.
  • Applying technical skills and line knowledge to complete the assigned work within your project team.
  • Working towards and contributing to the achievement of team and business unit goals.
  • Responsible for the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file maintenance, documentation creation.
  • Encouraged to add value by suggesting innovative solutions!

About you

  • Full proficiency in English;
  • Good knowledge of O2C processes acquired in an international company;
  • You have a good sense of relationship and strong interpersonal qualities (to be able to manage relationships with different cultures within units);
  • You are able to show us good organizational skills and communication is not a problem for you;
  • Prior experience of working within a team environment, in which a supportive team resolves bigger issues together and helps one another succeed;
  • Good Microsoft Office & use of IT tools
  • And probably the most important of all, motivation to grow and learn with us!

Added Value

  • Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area);
  • Work experience in a complex matrix organization with multiple customers.
